About Me

With over 40 years of experience as a REALTOR^® and 30 as a broker, Rene Carson knows real estate! After receiving her license in 1978, she owned her own real estate office in the Salinas/Monterey area before settling in Hanford in 2001. This extensive amount of time has allowed her to witness many market changes over the years: highs, lows, buyers’, sellers’, etc. Because of this, she is well-equipped to educate clients about what to expect when buying or selling property, no matter how the market behaves.  She prides herself on being able to make each client’s buying or selling experience a smooth one, saying “Tell me what you want and I’ll find it!”

It’s no surprise then that nearly all of Rene’s business is based off of referrals from previous clients. Her timeliness, willingness to listen to each client’s individual needs, and fabulous sense of humor make her not only an effective REALTOR^®, but a personable one as well. After moving to Hanford without knowing anyone, she strives to make her clients feel welcome by turning them into friends.

When Rene is not selling houses, she enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, RVing with her husband and rescue dogs, gardening, or playing poker.
